Functionality

HRexplorer functions similarly to MatchPoint and therefore offers the following basic functionality:
  • Searches for CV and/or job using keywords
  • Bi- and cross-directional matching of CVs/resumes and job postings

 

Additionally, HRexplorer’s user interface offers all of MatchPoint’s basic features. This includes the expert mode, the profile builder, and various filtering possibilities.
