Description

Position and reporting line

You will have indirect reporting line to a (Technical Advisor)

It's a position in a project core team of 3-5 members

Targets, Tasks, Competency, Responsibility

Project target is to migrate all current shared group drives (#80 drives and 10 TB data) to a new shared group drives structure until end of March 2011
You will be performing analysis in terms of (quantity/complexity/ownership/access level) on current shared group drives (Network Drives)
The output of your analysis will be the basis for planning, execution and controlling
You have to speak to bank internal employees and document all of your findings/agreements regarding the current network drives permissions and structure
You are responsible to meet bank internal employees requirements on the future state to define the new network drives file structure
You are responsible to prepare the migration of the current structure to the future structure
You are responsible for a whole area of items (network drives) which have to be migrated
You are responsible to reduce the end user impact to the maximum

Information/ Communication

It is expected that you feel comfortable in direct communication towards the customer via the phone
It is expected that you report pro-actively to the project manager about the progress via e-mailIt is expected that you answer/respond to all kind of project relevant inquiries within 24 hours
You actively participate and contribute at weekly project meetings
You will be asked to present the progress of your work in weekly project meetings
You will have to communicate with a cross and the project team internalYou will have to lead internal calls with customers

Good understanding of change management tools and process in general
You ideally have some understanding of IT-Systems like Active Directory Groups/Shares
You are capable of connected thinking and not denied to abstraction of IT environments
Good German and English in writing and speaking is an important skill
You are a team player who is motivated, top performance oriented, high quality conscious, precise and you deliver results on time
You will be measured against quality/quantity and on time delivery against the project targets of your area of responsibility
You will have to work independently cross team with specialist teams
You will be part of the team and make this project to success
