For supporting the further growth the following vacancy is to be filled by starting as soon as possible:<br><br>Job-ID: 12475<br><br><br><br>Internal IT-Support - 2nd Level Applications/ERP-Software<br><br><br>City of occupation: Vienna<br><br>Tasks:<br><br>You will support internal users of a companywide used ERP-software, this mostly by remote service for several worldwide offices. You will find solutions to their current problems with applications and will furthermore contribute to the optimisation of the software tool itself.<br><br>These are your tasks:<br><br>- 2nd level User Support, handling requests and failures<br><br>- Initialising and proactive driving of solution-finding and attributed activities<br><br>- Testing, documentation and distribution of configuration changes and updates<br><br>- Internal and external communication<br><br>- Occasional collaboration in international projects<br><br>Desired Qualifications:<br><br>- First experience/background in a similar position (User Support/Application Support) desired<br><br>- High school graduation or similar<br><br>- Strong IT-affinity and understanding<br><br>- Outstanding comprehension of business processes<br><br>- Analytical thinking as well as structured, consequent and self dependend working-style<br><br>- Customer orientation<br><br>- Very good communication- and problemsolving-skills<br><br>- Readiness, target orientation and teamorientation<br><br>- Excellent English (oral & written)<br><br>This is an exciting opportunity for IT-specialists with high customer orientation as well as for career changers who fulfill the above criteria!<br><br>If you fulfill these criteria and are ready for a challenge, please submit your application online.<br><br>Your consultant, Mag.
