We offer to you a safe job with chances to continue your career.<br><br>To support a reputable customer we are looking for …<br><br><br><br>Value Engineer (m/f)<br><br><br>Responsibilities:<br><br>-strengthen awareness of cost in the development<br>-establish cost sensitive development processes with methodical approach<br>-evaluate and create (design) concepts in early phase of product developement<br>-evaluation and influcane requests<br>-foster cooperation between engineers, purchasing, production, quality,…<br>-create transparency by function cost view, module cost view with cost engineering (CE) and purchasing<br>-consolidate view of development regarding cost/ technique and interact with Purchasing and CE<br>-identify cost drivers and feedback it into development<br>-create ideas for optimized products to gather an optimal ration between value and used resources.<br>-lead, coach and support value engineering projects projects in R&D-deppartement in all fields of the electrification powertrain: (electrical motor, battery, power electronics, cabel and connectors).<br>-identify cost potentials<br>-specify reachable but tough targets for the needed values and the necessary system boundary<br>-define and lead project teams, including organisational tasks<br>-lead the team to find solutions by using creative tecniques like brain writing etc.<br>-work out solutions to fullfill the project targets together with team<br>-present solutions in front of the management<br>-support engineers to realize the solutions worked out<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>-industrial engineer, engineer or technician with an economic training.<br>-proven knowledge in technologie, product and prozess in the electrification of powertrain, especialy in mechanics or/and electronics.<br>-proven commercial skills.<br>-Solidate experience in developement, purchasing or management consulting.<br>-fluent business english<br>-proven knowledge of PC tools: MS office, Mindmap, …<br>-ablity to organize meetings, be able to lead discussion about complex technical issues, writing notes<br>-Know-how in calculation, moderation methods and creativity methods<br>-enhanced social skills and authority to can handel and guide people in workshops<br>-possibly education as VDI value engineer or comparible knowledge<br><br>Contact:<br><br>-Please send us your aplication to job-28@bitts.de, ref. 765-2020<br><br>Location: Munich<br><br>Job-ID: 765-2020B-FPU-28, bitts.
