Bei uns.<br><br>Zur Realisierung unserer Projekte suchen wir Sie als<br><br>für den Standort Walldorf<br><br>The Internet Services 3rd level support will maintain and manage our basic and special Internet Services which includes:<br><br>- SMTP backbone infrastructures including R/3 mail connectivity<br><br>- DMZ Internet Services infrastructure for SMTP mail, proxy and external DMZ DNS<br><br>- News Server, List Server, Public FTP, SAPDAV, SAPmats, Webcams<br><br>- SAP mail LDAP service<br><br>- Centralized administration, monitoring and reporting for all the Internet Services<br><br>You will be part of the global service delivery team within Mail service, based on Sendmail, Postfix and Exchange, together with team of experts in EMEA, Americas and APJ, performing different activities, including:<br><br>- Conduct backup/disaster recovery processes<br><br>- 3rd level support on SMTP backbone, including troubleshooting and maintaining Q&A<br><br>- Maintaining and debugging on SMTP Infrastructure<br><br>- Implement change requests on our infrastructure<br><br>- Maintaining operation process (by regular process review, document update)<br><br>- Implement design changes<br><br>- Part of on-call duty on 7x24 operation<br><br>- Monitoring processes and pre-alert handling<br><br>- Hardware monitoring and support<br><br>Part of Incident management processes<br><br>Expert knowledge<br><br>- Unix/Linux command line tools<br><br>- SMTP<br><br>Good Knowledge<br><br>- GNU/Linux OS<br><br>- TCP/IP + SSL, HTTP + DAV, DNS<br><br>- Postfix, Apache, , OpenLDAP,<br><br>- OpenSSL, ssh, cyrus<br><br>- Perl<br><br>Knowledge<br><br>- Solaris 10 OS<br><br>- PGP, NNTP, HTML+CSS, IMAP+POP3, LDAP<br><br>- GNU Mailman, Berkeley DB, zabbix, rrdtool, inn, squid<br><br>- CGI scripts, C/C++, bash<br><br><br><br>Soft skills<br><br>- Experience in working in virtual teams, with people of other cultures<br><br>- Ability to think conceptually, focus on goals, plan and organize, and make good decisions and judgments.
