Task:

• Design, verification and implementation of analog and RF (up to 4 GHz) modules from specification
• Layout support to check for RF integrity
• Documentation

Skills:

• Good knowledge of analog / RF circuit Design
• Good knowledge of Analog ASIC design tools: Simulation, including backannotated verification with Cadence/Spectre
• Structured and result-orientated working style
• Basic knowledge of RF Measurment techniques
