A PMO Co-ordinator/Analyst is required for a major oil blue chip company. The PMO Co-ordinator/Analyst should have the folllowing skills: Cost Control skills, Experience of constructing and writing communication plans and materials, understanding of project planning and control techniques, risk management, and project budgetary control techniques, Experience with Planview Portfolio Planning tool and Project Methodology qualification - PRINCE 2, PMP. The PMO Co-ordinator/ Analyst responsibilities are: Provide information to the budgeting and forecasting activities using supporting schedule information. Providing support for financial processes including the overseeing of the Invoicing and Accrual processes. Ensuring accruals and actuals are correctly submitted to the Finance Team on a monthly basis. Presenting and summarising management information relating to the business portfolio including status reporting on performance contracts, financial and performance measures, project and application health.Managing and assuring the portfolio within the project tool to meet central reporting requirements. Prepare and distribute Project Status Reports to Planview the Management Team and PMO. Maintain and monitor the SharePoint tool for document usage project team uptake.
