Your main mission will be to develop and run a change and communication plan in order to facilitate the implementation, the transition and the acceptance to the Oneview CRM application (Sales & Customer services) within our local distribution channels and business units.Main Position Activities:*DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT A CHANGE & COMMUNICATION PLAN FOR THE ONEVIEW CRM USER COMMUNITY. oThe key activities before and post golive, managed centrally and locally oObjectives, strategy and timing for each activityoIdentify, manage & mitigate the risks related to the introduction of the new application and working methods *MANAGE THE DESIGN & USAGE OF VARIOUS INNOVATIVE & CREATIVE MEDIA/TOOLSoToolkit, product release, news letters, OPERA, videos...oConduct sponsors and users interviews to develop case studies, testimonials oSupport the CRM communication in liaison with the Amadeus corporate communication department*QUALITY EXECUTION OF THE CRM CHANGE AND COMMUNICATION ACTIVITIES oComplete activities for each programoManage artwork creation, production and distribution for publications and on-line media.
