For our customer, a big international company in Basel, we are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant (contract).Start date: asapDuration: 6 months + possible extensionAt our customer your are responsible for the administrative support. In this role you will do the travel arrangements, the invoicing and expense return claims. Apart from that you will organise meetings and are responsible for the correspondence, which includes the document scanning and document filling. Furthermore you will help with the preparation of regulatory submissions. You will also work closely together with team members in other European countries and support the team members by doing the administrative support work for them. Your skills:- At least 3 years Work experience as an Administrative Assistant- A technical background is an advantage- Excellent experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Reader- Experience in working together with multi-cultural teams- Fluency in English and good understanding of German is a mustDo you have experience as an Administrative Assistant and want to work in an international and challenging environment?
