Die Anforderung:

• A minimum of two years experience of data modelling with a proven track record in development and implementation projects;
• In-depth experience of developing and implementing data solutions in any business area, preferably within a media environment;
• Familiarity with modelling tools such as Systems Architect or Rational Rose is required, and knowledge of formal analysis techniques (data modelling, object modelling, process decomposition, etc.);
• The ability to grasp strategic issues and apply them at a tactical level; Understanding of project management and reporting requirements;
• Ability to function well within distributed and ad hoc teams, being able to motivate and influence others without formal authority;
• Good political and diplomatic skills are essential, as well as articulacy, good presentation and communication skills both written and verbal;
• It is essential to be able to present and elicit complex technical information in plain language.
