Die Anforderung:

• Minimum 10 years experience in media technology with 5 of those in broadcast technology
• Proficiency in a wide range of modern media technologies with strong skills in broadcast systems technologies and legacy broadcast systems, including:

Demonstrable expertise in information and telecoms technologies An expert understanding of current broadcasting practice. Deep understanding of the issues that are facing the broadcast industry, including new technology. Experience in specification of hardware and end to end broadcast systems. Appreciation of issues of physical design.

• Ability to lead, manage, develop and motivate highly intelligent and accomplished professional staff
• Effective interpersonal, management and communication skills (both oral and written), including the ability to:

organise and run effective meetings and workshops & present compelling proposals in a clear and concise manner & write clear and concise reports and other documentation Experience of working in a large, end-user organisation, ideally in media or broadcast or professional services provider to these markets

• Appropriate post-graduate qualifications
• Experience of strategic decision making influencing long term planning
• Experience of managing process improvement project
• Business development experience
