Die Anforderung:

• Approx 4 years Project Management experience, some of this having been concurrently running multiple projects at any one time.
• Experience in project management techniques, tools and structured methodologies, e.g. critical path analysis, MS Project and Prince 2
• A good understanding of project finances and a working knowledge of capital and resource projects in SAP
• Several years experience working in broadcasting or an allied field
• A demonstrable commercial knowledge of a discipline within broadcasting technology, for e.g. video digital systems / central technical areas
• Effective interpersonal, management and communication skills (both oral and written), including proven ability in:

conducting meetings and presenting proposals in a clear and concise manner writing clear and concise reports and other documentation establishing good working relationships with teams of staff at varying levels and being socially confident within a wide circle of contacts directing, influencing and motivating subordinates successfully without being authoritarian and by engendering good team spirit negotiating complex financial and technical issues with both suppliers and customers.
