Die Anforderung:

• A good understanding of current broadcasting practice, and a willingness to enable new practices
• a) Advanced knowledge in TV CPPS and Playouts or

b) Advanced knowledge in Radio technology and systems or c) Advanced knowledge in TV Studios or d) Advanced knowledge in Broadcasting and IT networks and infrastructure

• Conversant with issues that are facing the broadcast industry, including new technology
• Considerable Project Management experience, some of this having been concurrently running multiple projects at any one time
• Experience working in broadcasting or an allied field – 10 years of experience
• Experience in project management techniques, tools and structured methodologies, e.g. critical path analysis, MS Project and Prince 2 – 5 years of experience
• Effective interpersonal, management and communication skills (both oral and written), including proven ability in:

conducting meetings and presenting proposals in a clear and concise manner writing clear and concise reports and other documentation establishing good working relationships with teams of staff at varying levels and being socially confident within a wide circle of contacts 7 years of experience

• It is desirable to be conversant with building, wiring, air conditioning and acoustic techniques appropriate to broadcast applications; 3 years of experience
