Our client is currently / urgently looking for a Engagement Manager for a position in Frankfurt.

Task Description:

• Account Planning – Building a comprehensive account plan, which details key relationships required, the opportunities and the revenue expected from such opportunities; as well as potential threats and weaknesses that need to be addressed
• Business Development – responsible for building and managing a portfolio of up to $10-20M - driving revenues within the assigned account scope by being the owner of the entire Opportunity Management cycle. This involves identifying business opportunities, concept / solution selling & negotiations
• Work closely with the solutions leaders to build customized solutions pitches for the target account and driving the revenues and delivery of these solutions to the account scope. Provide necessary input for building future alliances with relevant product vendors
• Account Governance - complete responsibility for all account management processes to ensure the targeted levels of operational efficiency of the account

Skills:

• experience with managing large programs
• Experience in one or more industry verticals, good understanding of industry specific business issues and drivers
• Business consulting experience, with large consulting organizations in preferred

Experience of managing teams of up to 50 people and working with teams across multiple locations

• Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions
• Experience in Account Management
• Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations

MBA or equivalent preferred
