Responsibility:

For one of our clients we are looking to engage IPT administrators / VoIP engineers. Their primary role is to operate a central Cisco IPT system based on Cisco Callmanager, IPCC Express and Netwise servers. About 1400 users are currently connected to this system.

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Minimum of 18 months CUCM user and Cisco IP phone administration practice during the last 2 years
• Firm understanding of dial plans, partitions, and calling search spaces
• Proven experience in troubleshooting MGCP gateway, H.323, and SIP trunk problems
• Ability to communicate with users and internal ITS teams
• Ability to deal with high profile user demands amongst standard configuration patterns
• Team player
• Ability to work in a pressurised environment
• Excellent German language skills

Preferable Qualifications:

• IPCC Express and Netwise administration practice
• Cisco Networking experience (Cisco voice gateways)
• Knowledge of manager/secretary working patterns
