Job Description:

The Professional Services Group of our client is one of most experienced consulting organization in the world and its mission is to ensure the customers success. A Senior Consultant (Business Process Management) within the Professional Services Group is actively involved in a broad spectrum of activities including practice development, team participation, and relationship building. He or she possesses a strong service orientation and finds challenge in problem-solving complex situations. Customer success is a motivating goal.

• Consults with client to ascertain and define need or problem area, determine scope of investigation required to obtain solution
• Conducts study or survey, needs analysis, on need or problem to obtain data required for solution
• Analyzes data to determine solution such as installation and design of company product
• Understanding of the business requirements of the customer and designing the corresponding business processes in the products of our client
• Use company tools and develop procedures, scripts and interfaces required to ensure that the software solution meets the users requirement
• Advises and recommends to client of company products
• Involved in activities including practice development, team participation, and relationship building
• Pre and post sales consulting from advisory/training role up through full responsibility for project management
• Manage multiple sales prospects simultaneously with a flexible 'hands on' approach

Ausbildung

BSc Computer Science or equivalent.

Kenntnisse

• Software systems, business process automation, hi-tech experience, Workflow and/or BPM advantageous
• Relational databases (primarily SQL Server, Oracle, DB2)
• Operating systems (Windows 2000, NT and UNIX, Linux)
• Web development environments (HTML, ASP, JSP, Java Script and J2EE)
• Demonstrated proficiency in JMS, EJB, SQL, JAVA, XML
• Web server environments (IIS, Netscape, iPlanet, Websphere and Weblogic)
• Web Services technologies (XML, SOAP, etc.)
• Other development environments (Visual Basic, C or C++)
• Understanding of Network design and operation and performance tuning

Erfahrungen

At least 3 years experience as senior consultant.
