Tasks:

• Support of subsidiaries to resolve accounting questions under U.S. GAAP and IFRS
• Review of subsidiaries' accounting for conformity with our accounting guidelines
• Monitor and support subsidiaries' monthly and quarterly closing processes
• Support of F&A processes and year end local reporting out of Accounting System
• Support in the implementation of audit recommendations

Requirements:

• Thorough understanding of U.S. GAAP and/or IFRS accounting rules
• Interest in keeping up to date technically on aspects of accounting
• Experience in software industry or revenue recognition is a plus
• Very good English language skills; German is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP R/3 or SAP ERP is a plus
• Strong arganization and communication skills; assertive
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial reporting/accounting area of a company
