The Position / Stellenbeschreibung:

• Create and execute project work plans and revise to meet appropriate needs and requirements
  
• Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities
  
• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
  
• Member of project steering committees at customers
  
• Review deliverables prepared by the team before passing on to client
  
• Effectively apply our project management methodology and enforce project standards
  
• Prepare for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures
  
• Minimize our exposure and risks on projects
  
• Ensure that project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately
  
• Project Accounting
  
• Track efforts, expenses and costs on weekly basis
  
• Manage project budget
  
• Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project
  
• Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices
  
• Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization
  
• People management of the team members
  
• The role will involve a lot of international travel.

The Requirements / Ihre Qualifikationen:

• You possess a good understanding of the telecommunications market, billing systems concepts and end-to-end billing processes.
  
• You bring several years in international project management experience along and you are familiar with project management methodologies PMI or PRINCE2.
  
• It is easy for you to integrate yourself as a team player in a multinational and multicultural environment.
  
• You possess excellent communication and negotiating skills, having previously dealt with senior management in client facing situations.
  
• You are willing to travel international
  
• Very good English communication skills (written and spoken)
  
• German is a plus.
