The Position / Stellenbeschreibung:

Your responsibilities as a project manager

• Deliver integrated products or solutions to the customer according to agreed-upon scope, timeline and budget
  
• Ensure an efficient and smooth communication/coordination between all involved stakeholders in the project
  
• Contribute to the process and implementation improvement
  
• Maintain confident rapport with the customer, increase customer knowledge of our products
  
• Secure resources to realise projects (including external integrator/supplier resources)
  
• Control project costs
  
• Obtain final acceptance from customer
  

Your responsibilities as a solution integrator

• Install products or solutions in customer environment
  
• Confirm internal acceptance of solution (meet readiness for customer acceptance)
  
• Ensure that the deployed solution is successfully integrated with all interfaces of customer network
  
• Support customer during acceptance tests and assist with troubleshooting

The Requirements / Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Very good knowledge of project management tools and techniques
  
• Several years of experience as a project manager in the Telco environment
  
• Very good knowledge of software integration in a Telco environment
  
• Graduated Engineer (e.g. CH: FH/ETH), IT Technician, or diploma as information scientist or equal education
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Team leadership
  
• Fluent in English, verbal and written
  
• Knowledge of either French or German language would be an advantage
  
• Willingness to travel is a must
