Job Description:

• Test Engineer responsible for testing vehicle level performance of Infotainment systems
• Establish test plan to resolve issues previously identified.
• Includes Ignition cycle testing
• Document issues observed including GMLan/CGI/LIN trace files
• Works closely under the guidance of lead DRE and Dev/Val Engineers
• Ensures supplier corrective action meets customer expectations
• Proficient in the process of setting up in-vehicle tests and data acquisition
• Responsible for documentation and report generation involving (ETL, PRTS+) and quality improvement
• Executes project according to the GVDP
• Supports global launch process (e.g. EOL)
• Responsible for generation of test reports including Excel based summary of PRTS issue status

Qualifications:

• Engineer (Master or Bachelor degree) of Electrical, Physics, Mechanic or equivalent
• Experience in terms of product development and vehicle development process (total: 1-3 years)
• Experience with Vehicle Audio Performance and requirements (total: 1-3 years)
• Knowledge of GM organisation and GM processes
• Exceptional analytical ability, supported by good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both individually and as part of a team
• English spoken and written (Very good command of the English language)
• Technical reviews with international companies.
• Meetings, Telephone conferences as well as correspondence with GM-partners
