Description:

For our client, a big bank based in Zürich, we look for an experienced Business Engineer/ Business Analyst to ensure projects align with the business and IT strategies of supported organizations.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

- Bridge between business representatives and technical experts
- Provide point of contact for business requirements
- Ensure a consistent and structured approach to Requirements Engineering and Systems Design
- Gather business needs from front end users, stakeholders and application owners
- Transform and prioritize requirements into functional, non-functional and technical requirements
- Support project management, application architects, technical experts and test managers in requirement management throughout the entire software development lifecycle

Compentence/Knowledge/Skills required:

- Experience in Business Engineering/ Business Analyse in an international banking environment (private or investment banking, wealth management)
- Experience in Business Process Modelling, Use Case Modelling (based on UML) and a profound understanding of the Software Development Process
- Masters or bachelor degree in Business Engineering or Software Engineering (or equivalent discipline)
- CFA or equivalent
- English fluent
