Description:
A Germany speak / reading (fluent( Business Analyst required to report to the Project Manager and will involve engaging senior project staff, vendors and client stake holders in specifying the enterprise wide non functional requirements. It is essential that the successful candidate have experience of converting business requirements into technical requirements, will demonstrate the ability to analyse complex information / business flows and determine optimal process solutions. Strong understanding of ITIL framework version 2 and ITIL Foundation as a minimum. Experience of ITIL v3 an advantage; A good understanding of Service Level management; Will possess strong interpersonal skills, the role will require the successful candidate to work across all business functions and successfully manage potentially competing business requirements. Will be highly analytical, well organised and comfortable in working to tight timescales. GAP Analysis skills The role will involve: Review existing Service Support model and software to determine scope and framework for requirements in line with the current guidelines with the view to improve the provision of IT Delivery; Work with key stakeholders to plan/arrange a set of workshops which will elicit guidelines/frameworks for Service Management Processes; Agree with the business and with the vendor Service Management teams the validity and appropriateness of these requirements. Contribute to the preparation of an ITT to be sent out to Vendors Project coordination of the Business responses to the Vendor Proposals to meet the business requirements. Analysis and documentation of End to End service delivery processes (Front Office, Middle Office, Back Office to Finance) This roles will be based in Essen (Germany)
