SAP HCM Senior and Managing Consultants - (PY, PA, OM, E-Recruiting)

Offices in Munich and Zürich - no relocation required within DE or CH

Die Aufgabe:

As a managing/senior consultant in the area of Human Capital Management you will work on core topics of the organization - together with our clients you will develop HR strategies, take care of the optimization of their HR organization and processes, e.g. through a shared service center implementation or you will support as a competent partner in international change management projects. As part of a client focused consulting company, you will have direct and immediate client contact either as part of a consulting team or as an acknowledged expert. You will work internationally for multinational companies. You will dedicate part of your time for conceptual improvement of our methods and tools for HR optimization.

Die Anforderung:

• You are fluent in English AND German, and have a convincing and efficient communication style
• You have min 4 years exp working directly with at least one of these SAP HCM modules:
• Payroll (PY)
• Organisational Management (OM)
• Personnel Administration (PA)
• E-Recruiting
• You have mastered your university degree or equivalent qualification with great success
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills
• You are comfortable working in large, multinational environments and you are receptive to client needs
• You can inspire and convince others; you build naturally long term relationships based on trust and expertise
• You are flexible to travel up to five days per week
