The Data Integration Engineer is the accountable person developing the Data Integration objects/job/rules and model the Staging Layer of the Datawarehouse to meet the mid- & long-term specifications given by BI Architect. Define Data Integration jobs including rules (ETL); Manage Staging Layer of Datawarehouse; Accountable IT-person for all Datawarehouse Data Integration jobs including scheduling and monitoring; Accountable person for maintaining the Staging Layer including transformations; Ensure data standards and data quality; Ensure required Master Data and Transactional Data are integrated to the Datawarehouse; Backup person in the area of Data Steward
Strong knowledge in IT and/or economics (University degree or similar); SAP BW 7 and SAP BusinessObjects experience / Qualification; SAP BO Data Service; SAP BW 7 Modelling; Some years experience in BI-area and integration know-how with other SAP modules; Above-average structured and process oriented thinking; Excellent communication and coordination skills; Proven team management experience; Team player with good interpersonal skills; Fluent in German and English; Willingness to travel and work in an international environment
