We are looking for our client a well-known company for the area Zurich
You will be responsible for implementation and support for Web, Portal and Collaboration Services. You design solution landscape and architecture while ensuring standards in implementation phase, coordinate requirements with infrastructure and development teams, develop methodology and practices for creation and management of re-usable solution software, architecture, and methodology, ensure common architecture based on directives, define software solution through requirements engineering and definition of technology and play an active role in solving technical issues within the incident and problem management process. Additional tasks are application and solution engineering involving internal customer, application consultant and project teams, evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues as well as exercising independent judgment and creative problem-solving techniques and identify areas of improvement.
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent, experience in one or more of the following: design, development and maintenance of IT-systems across hardware and software platforms, experience with requirements analysis, design, pilot testing, installation, evaluation and operational management, knowledge of SAP technology like: Netweaver platform, BSP, Webdynpro, ABAP, ALE, good know-how of IT methods and standards like ITSM, understanding of IT technology directions and trends and their strategic impact on complex application landscape, experience in cross-cultural environments, interacting with a wide variety of people. Fluent in English.
