Responsibilities are dependent on skills, level and experience and include the following:
Prepare and conduct workshops with the key users to collect the business requirements; design the solution and write the Business Blueprint
Configuration of the SAP FS-CD module
Document functional specifications for custom development
Integration of non-SAP feeder systems and with SAP FI/CO systems
Define test strategy, test concept and test plan; prepare test scenarios and support unit, integration and user-acceptance testing.
Define migration strategy, migration concept and migration plan; support client in migration
Close co-operation with key users on cut-over approach, plan and communication; participate in cut-over execution
Define training strategy, training concept and training plan; participate in training documentation and train-the-trainer activities
Provide post-implementation support
Participation in business development and pre-sales activities including proposal requests
Experience of at least two to three full lifecycle implementations and four years external consulting experience working within an SAP environment.
Very good SAP for Insurance knowledge with a strong focus on FS-CD (Finance integration, Posting, Clearing, Payments, Broker Collections) - with at least 4 to 6 years implementation experience of all project phases
Strong customizing and process know-how within the FS-CD module, knowledge about FS-CD components integration (CS, PM, Claims)
Experience with the implementation of interfaces (integration scenarios, dataflow definition, close interaction with the programmers etc.)
Preferably experience in FS-CS projects
Preferably mySAP ERP know-how
Higher education degree
International project experience
Should include a proven ability to deliver high profile activities to tight timescales, success in team work and excellent communication as well as interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel five days a week, particularly in Europe.
Very good language skills in English and German (oral and written) are required, additional language is a plus.
