Die Aufgabe:

As a Project Manager (f/m) for our Enterprise Learning Group you will be:

• leading training projects and organisational change assignments for our customers
• demonstrate a full-lifecycle training project leadership including all commercial aspects of the project for one or more enterprise-scale information technology initiatives

Die Anforderung:

• At least 3 years of experience in managing training projects and organisational change assignments, including at least one full-lifecycle project
• At least 3 years of experience leading cross-functional project teams including Analysts, Documentation Specialists, Trainers amongst others
• Experience with SAP systems as well as Microsoft Office applications
• Proven track-record in mission-critical project planning, SAP-centred migration projects including GAP and Training Needs Analysis and budget control, resource planning, Change Management, conflict solving and team leadership
• Knowledge of one or more business processes
• Ability to evaluate client technical and business requirements, formulate client-specific solutions, accurately estimate required level-of-effort and convincingly present results and recommendations to clients
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to establish positive working relationships with partners and clients
• Fluency in German and English is mandatory; an additional European language would be desirable
• Business development, sales or customer relationship management experience preferred
• PMI PMP® credential would be an advantage
• Higher academic degree; an IT related more advanced degree would be an advantage
