JoinVision-Matching is a semantic search, which displays job or project offers according to the degree of their compliance with the search terms in the search fields below.

The countries in the left part can be easily specified (if there is a "+" button). If you want to enter several assignment locations, just repeat the process.

As the criteria above exclude, the two following criteria (fields of activity and skills) row the job offers. The better your skills and fields of activity, expressed by the position of the slider, match those in the job offer, the higher the job will appear in the result. Please note, that you hereby express your preferences, and therefore it does not make any sense to position all the sliders on the right side.

Extension of the Semantic Skill Search

In your search, also those skills, which are semantically similar to the skills you have demanded, will be taken into account. For example: If you are searching for "Unix", job offers similar to Unix, such as Sun-Solaris, IBM-AIX, Linux and so on, will also be listed.
