Implemented Performance Management System for management employees in BEKAERT using Management by Objectives module in SAP-HR. This involves setting up of appraisal templates and the design of BSP Application. Implemented career preferences using Qualification catalog and designed a new BSP Application. Implemented Follow up tool for New Employees using Appraisal templates and the BSP Application.
