Its online workflow application manages the full life cycle of electronic documents including dictation, transcription, and quality assurance document delivery.

SYSTEMS MANAGER (Domain: Medical Transcription)

Responsible for Linux server management, including hardware maintenance, OS installation, troubleshooting, diagnostics and upgrades.  Further responsibilities include media distribution, network implementation, training, coding and documentation.

The position also involves 24/7 point of contact for Data Services, operating in 12-hour shifts. Also addressed general system administration queries as third line support, assisted company clients with technical issues, and was always on call for emergencies.
