The VoiX-Online GmbH (Officially a GmbH in June 2008) started by myself to initially handle customers in the Call-Center area. The Software created from my team and I gives Call-Centers an affordable and better alternative to the existing future deadlocked software available. including Intelligent call balancing, Real time formula modification, Voice recording, Monitor functions, Automatic ticket data creation and disposition. Each customer had an average of 20-50 installations, with 20+ customers spread out over Europe. All administration and system help was done remotely. 80% of the installations where Linux systems.

Simple delivery boy (my first job in Germany) After the my tour with the Army I needed a job which would help me pick up the Germany Language as quickly as possible. What better than being forced to speak to 50+ German people a day.
