Leading a team of 5-8 testers responsible for functional testing of Amdocs products implementations (Billing system, Self Service and Qpass Digital Commerce solution) for several big accounts (AT&T, Verizon Wireless, Vodafone group).

Main responsibilities:

Coordinate and lead all testing activities in a project (estimations, planning of design and execution, version end measurements and analysis).
Performance evaluation and building Personal Development Plan for all the team members (regular 1:1 meetings, training sessions on building skills for a tester position).
Involved in Defect Management, Risk Management, and Release Management activities.
Additional role of Quality Assurance Trustee for Cyprus testing team, responsible for training new team members and monitor ongoing the testing results in the team.
