PERSONAL OVERVIEW
Joined Accenture more then a year ago from a technical project delivery background in Volkswagen Bank – the Accenture role was in resource and portfolio management in the area of IT infrastructure projects. Joining Accenture was at a much higher level of financial reward and offered access to international project opportunities – hence the reason for the change.
I am very keen pursue a more project management and service delivery oriented and management focused role and increase the level of responsibility. My skills knowledge and experience is broad, covering several core technologies – my primary capabilities are in co-ordination, communication and measuring/reporting. I am interested in expanding further my area of expertise wishing to follow a managerial career path.

Accenture, Infrastructure Outsourcing, Global Delivery Enablement and Assurance.
EMEA Resource Management Lead, Messaging, Collaboration and Security Portfolio Lead
Primarily a Portfolio and Resource Management role within an Infrastructure Outsourcing global team – area of expertise is in Security (Networks), Windows and DMM - responsibilities are:
To provide expert knowledge on global Project Management and resourcing tools (ITG/myScheduling/INS) – to support the global and regional teams.
QA and technical review of Project Definition Documents submitted by PMs across IO
Monthly status and IO pipeline reporting to Snr executive level
Maintain understanding of all skill sets across all of IO to provide advice for assigning and scheduling appropriate project resources – mainly networks related, also other roles for IO, CIO, Consulting and Solutions workforces.

Various IT Project Management, Design and Implementation roles - While working for VWBank I took part in and managed various IT related projects and services, examples below:
Telecom & CallCenter improvement project
Project: New PBX Deployment and improvement of existing CallCenter based on Ericsson technology.
Role: Managed project to build independent PBX for the whole company, establish relation/SLA with new vendors, develop new version of IVR. Design and document processes and procedures regarding administration and system maintenance. Minimize transition impact on external customers/clients.
Secure Voice Recording Backup
Project: Enable secure backup for voice recording system
Role: Manage project to design and develop secure backup system for Voice Recording in accordance to company and government regulations. Cooperate with vendor in selection of the win-win SLA.
CMS Intranet development project
Project: Design and develop Intranet system based on RedDot Content Management Software
Role: Managed project to design, development, select vendor and procure software. Develop and document administrative tasks, and check in accordance to marketing and company policies.
AD Migration, Exchange Migration, HQ Relocation projects
Project: Completed various technical roles across multiple projects – Windows admin, Exchange Support, Role: IT procurement, server room design, security assessments, technical design/analysis.
I was also delivering training for business people on using Ms-Office, Project and CMS tools.
Supervise IT Help Desk team
Role: Manage help desk team short/long period duties and provide IT systems service reporting - on daily basis.
As well as my technical involvement, having a degree in economics gave me a broad view/appreciation of the commercial and financial aspects of these projects.
