My role in the projects above was always Project Manager and at the same time SAP HR consultant. We worked together with several local companies which had to implement the local payroll. The other HR modules were implemented by MGI Consultants.
Integration of 8 existing different SAP HR Solutions in one single client for all German sales lines and cross divisional companies:
In this project I was responsible for the technical and functional processes for Payroll, Personnel administration, Time Management and Staff planning. (Technical project manager); 140.000 employees .
I was responsible for Time and Budget and reported directly to the Project Leaders.
1.8.2007 - 1.1.2008 Novartis Pharma AG
Project tasks: Team member in the HR Template Team for the Novartis Pharma AG. Design and Development of the Common Template HR for Novartis AG.
The project was stopped because of the financial situation of Novartis.
