Introduce the use of Enterprise Architecture within the TOGAF framework within the corporation.
Defined some of the architectural principles that would govern all new IT projects, these align business strategy and IT to achieve the City and Guilds 137 objectives for the next 5 years.
Defined all the business critical applications and their respective owners within City and Guilds,
Defined the Non Functional Requirements for all business critical applications, mapped the IT landscape within HQ and all the regional offices,
