Project Description: SAP ISQE is responsible for the quality of Industry Solutions and Business Processes integrated across different systems like ERP, CRM, SCM etc. Scenario Integration Testing of business scenarios for different industry solutions of SAP, across various sectors like Communication, Consumer, Discrete, Financial Services, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Public Services, Trading etc. It improves the existing test process by collecting the scenario information from solution experts and incorporating improvements in the test cases. After the functional testing, we will automate the scenarios for reducing the manual effort.

Worksoft Certify, a new generation automation testing tool is using for automating the scenarios. Certify offers a patented and unique "script less" approach to functional and business process validation testing, which allows business analysts and functional users to define, execute, and maintain tests through a menu-driven interface with business language narratives.

1)Project: SAP CRM - Automation Testing [December 2007 – October 2008]

Role: CRM Functional Consultant and Automation Test Engineer

Project Description: The main aim of this project was to reduce the total effort in manual testing and in turn automate all the process related test cases. The objective was to develop test scripts which could be used over various CRM systems and also in various releases of CRM. It covers all CRM modules, Marketing, Sales, Service, Web Channel and Interaction Center
eCATT, an SAP internal test tool integrated with Compuware’s Test Partner for developing the Automation Framework in this project. Test Partner was used to develop scripts for the automation of test cases on the CRM Web UI.
The Framework will support only the basic pages and or transactions in SAP CRM. So QTP 9.2 is used for the automation of SAP CRM modules which does not support the Automation Framework. The

Responsibilities:

Understanding Software Requirement Specification.
Customizing the systems as per the requirement.
Development of scripts in eCATT for integration with Test Partner.
Development of Test Partner scripts to handle the web UI.
Maintenance and mapping of all the technical data to semantic ids, thereby ensuring that the same scripts can be used over different systems and releases.
Maintaining of variants which perform operations on the web UI in a specific order, according to the test case document.
Test case investigation and feasibility study.

Project Description: This project involves the functional testing of SAP CRM Web Channel Solution for SAP CRM 2007 and 7.0 releases. The mySAP CRM E-Selling solutions provide:

A complete solution that supports both B2B and B2C Relationships. SAP provides templates that companies can tailor to meet their specific business needs. These include B2B, B2C, as well as direct and indirect selling scenarios.
A personalized buying experience for customers so that sales, service, interactions, and information are tailored specifically to the need to of each customer. Personalization of content, products, prices, and interactions allow customers to receive a more relevant and effective interaction, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and higher close rates.
End-to-End processes those are fully-integrated from pre-sales to sales to fulfillment, to invoicing and receivables, through post-sales services.
