Project and responsibilities:
The project is about extending the CRM business process automation through mySAP CRM
module, which was integrated with existing R3 systems. I was engaged in understanding the
existing CRM business requirements, which was mapped to SAP systems. Helping the SDC
(software development center) team with my functional expertise in the field of CRM and SAP
product knowledge in performing the implementation and support better.
Involved in prototyping for various sales transactions at the blueprinting stage.
Involved in the requirement gathering, gap analysis and scoping for Marketing & Sales.
Involved in customization of various settings such as Transaction processing, Text Processing,
Content Management, Output Management, Date Management, Communication Channel
Settings, Attribute sets, Personalized forms and Questionnaire Settings.
Responsible for delivering various objects as a part of technical work such as Reports &
