Social skills and competences
Within my professional experiences I was always involved in international teams. All my employers had foreign clients (from Europe and US); without a good communication and quick adaptation, the jointly projects would not have been successfully finished.
The two abroad grants (Socrates and PhD research stage) allowed me to interact with people around the world, to live together, work and learn from them. These international experiences improved my capacities to understand and easily adapt to different community cultures for establishing future relationships; I gained a highly developed sense of collegiality and teamwork.
Organisational skills and competences
The delivery of projects to clients and scientific papers with tight deadlines forced me to plan and organize my activities. A good project analysis and risks understanding helped me to successfully manage the constantly changing/increasing customer requirements and tasks distributions.
As a PhD candidate I had to supervise, to establish the topic, the working schedule and to offer technical/theoretical support for certain bachelor project theses (in software and image analysis).
The proper and fast decisions, tasks planning and prioritization proved to be my solutions for successfully complete any project type.
