Project was for Samtec HSX product. HSX product support multibus protocols like, CAN, LIN, K-Line, Flexray. Samtec HSX diagnostic product supports upto 4 Flexray controllers. This product works with PC interface tool Samdia/SamdiaX.
Task was to develop the Flexray driver for HSX product so as to enable the Flexray communication with Samdia/SamdiaX.
I was involved in design and development of Flexray driver for fujitsu MB88121 comminication interface with host MPC5200 on HSX.

Project was to develop restbus simulation for Audi ECU and
BMW ECU.
My responsibility was to analyze Audi Fibex+ and BMW Fibex(Fibex 2.0) file
(PDU concept) and develop restbus simulation using HSX interface.
I developed samdia/samdiaX specific scripts for ECU restbus simulation over Flexray and CAN.
I was also involved in the PC software (samFibexRuntime dll library) design for automatic restbus simulation from Fibex file import.

Dongle can be connected to PC over USB or Bluetooth for firmware file upload or diagnostic report download.

Requirement was to integrate remote diagnostics capability to the existing CAN network of Road construction machines. This was made possible by integrating GSM/GPRS modem which is can enabled to the existing network.
My job was to define selection of the modem and analysis of the data which needs to be sent and received via modem. Also I was involved in the design of infrastructure design so as to enable the remote diagnostic and remote tracking of the machines.
