2010 – present Migration Project Manager

Leader of mission critical migration projects under tools retirement program. As a pilot EMEA project manager was in charge of effective migration process design for the region.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for start-up phase of workflow migration program within EMEA region
Accountable for strategic on-time migration delivery of assigned accounts
Managing virtual project teams (up to 15 people) distributed over 5 countries
Achievements:
Delivered migration vehicle as a key element to execute the program within the region.
Designed and continuously improved migration process - teams were able to leverage earned knowledge, perform more efficiently and measure progress transparently on per project basis.
Drove migration projects of unforeseen scope for two region’s most complex and several smaller accounts, majority delivered ahead of time.
Trained and supported six new migration project managers to speed up overall migration progress. All of the above prevented 1 M USD monthly contractual penalization for late program delivery.

Deployment of production engineering tools in compliance with service level requirements and in line with global delivery standards
Achievements:
On time delivered several customer facing projects, participated in transformation of the largest EMEA customer.
Piloted deployment of interactive chat tool within the region and its integration with work flow to meet contractual obligation of crucial EMEA transformation project.
Achieved development of global incident management notification tool new functionality. Modification resulted in improved customer service and new revenue stream for presales activities.
Green belt six sigma project – automation of manual notifications for change management process. The improvement currently saves 100k USD annually with potential to be used globally.
