We, the JoinVision E-Services Cooperation, are a private, austrian company, which operates the Project and Job Portal www.joinvision.com for IT-experts and freelancers since spring 2006. Initially it merely operated in the german speaking sphere, but then released a slovak, and shortly after an english version of the portal.

With the help of groundbreaking technologies, we aim to establish www.joinvision.com as one of the most important language independent portals on the international IT-market.

Based on our focus on IT, our specially developed search technic (a semantic matching method) provides us with the possibility to match job offers and CVs more thoroughly by means of objective methods, and thereby provides the user with more accurate search results. This method, called „JoinVision-Matching“, particularly considers the skill values and its related skills, assures language independence, and in the end provides the user with an enlistment, according to the degree of compliance, of the best matching offers.
