Supported browsers

JoinVision supports the following combinations of browsers and operating systems:

	JoinVision recommends FireFox from version 1.5 for Windows and Mac OS X. JoinVision has been tested with FireFox 1.0 on Windows XP and operates without failure (after setting up appropriate font sizes) and with FireFox 1.5 in SuSe Linux 9.2.
	JoinVision supports Microsoft Internet Explorer from version 6.0.
	JoinVision also works with Safari from version 2.0.x on Mac OS X from 10.4.x.

Cookies

JoinVision will only operate correctly, if cookies are enabled for www.joinvision.com. JoinVision stores your session identifier in this cookie. This enables the system to recognize the identity of the user after logging in once for the following screen pages and to access functionalities according to his authorization.

JavaScript

JoinVision only operates correctly, if JavaScript is enabled. JavaScript is used for two reasons:

• For disabling or enabling fields, which ergonomically seen, should only be accessible in a particular working context.
• To display tree structures and tables on a page without reloading the entire page content.
