Register with username and password

For the registration on JoinVision a valid e-mail address, a user name, the so called JoinVision-ID, and a password are sufficient. Additionally you must state, that you are a recruiter (bidder of jobs/projects, employer).

It is of great importance to select "recruiter", because different authorizations will be appointed. Only as a recruiter (bidder of jobs/projects, employer) you will be able to create a Job Advertisement.

For security reasons you will be asked to confirm an e-mail, which will be sent to you by JoinVision, in order to activate your account.

We ask you to state how you got to know of JoinVision for statistical purposes.

Collect your personal and company details

For the usage of the JoinVision services, e.g. release of a job offer, JoinVision needs you to enter your name and contact details once. In case your job offer is not anonymous, you will be featured as the contact person for applicants.

The company details, as long as the job offer is not released anonymously, but "standard", will be displayed in each job offer.

The required brief description of your company will be attached to every job offer, that is to say if you also have anonymous job offers, you should write the text neutrally and without distinct identifiers.

If you upload your company logo, it will be displayed on your "My JoinVision" site and on all your standard, but not anonymous, job offers.

The company details also serve as the billing address when using chargeable services for employers, such as the release of a job offer.

Only once JoinVision will check your company details before your first release.

Create your Job Offer

Only with an entirely created Job Offer you will be able to enable it on the Job Portal of JoinVision, use the JoinVision-Matching, or further JoinVision services of for the employer.

In order to create your job offer, the follow the steps listed below:

  • Sign in
  • Enter the basic data of the job
  • Enter the position and the fields of activity

Additionally we recommend to define:

  • the language skills required
  • the training (e.g. final degree, certifications, etc.) required
  • the skills required and if necessary
  • additional information on the job requirements.

The more information you enter, the more accurate the results of JoinVision-Matching will be.

All your data will be administered following the laws of Data protection and data security advices.

Release your Job Offer

By releasing your job offer, it will be saved in the JoinVision database and can be viewed by job seekers via Job Search.

If using the JoinVision-Matching, the recruiter will

  • receive the best qualified applicants from the applicant's database
  • be automatically informed by JoinVision about qualified candidates

If you want to disable the job offer, go to "My JoinVision", select the job offer you want to disable, and select "disable" in the menu item "Enable/Disable".
