Hereby the intensity of each skill is cumulated and normed to 100 % in the end. On the side of the supply of skills, the skills of IT-experts are cumulated. The emphasis is on current skills, meaning, that old skills are valued less. In the end the cumulated sums are repeatedly normed to 100 %.
