At JoinVision a family flair with flat hierarchies rules our day-to-day business. The team is included in decisions and these are realized promptly. The work is fun for me, it’s never boring. Since our move at the end of 2018 we work in a great office space near Naschmarkt. I love it.


Change Management


In our old offices I couldn’t be active for JoinVision in any kind of way. Howl! I worked hard to convince the management about changing that. At the end of 2018 it finally happened: We moved to new offices and now I can do my part, so there’s always something happening! Woof!

We have exciting tasks and interesting challenges every day. The latest technologies are used for this purpose, if it’s Deep Learning, classic Machine Learning, Graph Databases or Ontologies. Innovative ideas, new approaches and creativity are always welcome at JoinVision.

JoinVision is a leading provider of multilingual semantic recruiting technology. With the two parsers CVlizer and JOBolizer, applicant documents and job advertisements are automatically recorded, analyzed and coded. Modules, such as HRclassifier, HRcapture and HRmerger, expand the possibilities to have all information immediately available as a standardized, structured candidate or job profile in XML format. At the end of 2019 JoinVision took over the commercialization of Joveo, a US-based technology provider for programmatic job advertising, in the German-speaking countries.
