HRcapture enables the post-processing

It is still like that in the DACH region: statistically an application without a photo will be disadvantaged. No picture, the application immediately goes to the file reject. And this even though in Germany the "Allgemeine Gleichbehandlungsgesetz" (= General Equal Treatment Act) is binding, which sees the application with a photo in context with “discrimination due to race or origin“. In the English speaking areas though it is uncommon to attach a photo to the application.

To remain in the German speaking area: There’s tons of advice about the quality of an application photo see "Google", and even we from JoinVision cannot avoid this topic within the scope of our CV parser. This is especially valid for HRcapture, our control and capture module for the parsing process.

HRcapture offers the possibility to select the application photo, which is contained in the CV and was not recognized. Additionally HRcapture enables to tailor the picture recognized by the CV parser. Therefore it is enough to mark it with the mouse. The marked area of the picture will be then exported as "new" application photo.
