Even though not every applicant is a passionate runner, every now and then they have to leg it, when they get confronted with application processes online, that either overtax them or – actually even worse – keep them from applying for a job. "It makes you want to run a mile!" How silly, when it is exactly those who would perfectly fit the advertised position.

Applicants still like the Online-Application via Email, whilst the filling-in of Online-Recruiting forms is not as much accepted as many recruiters would want it to be – see blog.rekrutierungserfolg.de. The reason therefore is mostly the complexity of the forms and the amount of time one has to spend in order to fill them in. The best career website does not help here. But it would be so easy to provide a remedy. With CV-Parsing and One-Click-Application the time-consuming filling-in of what feels like thousand fields is off the cards.
In this case the applicant only has to upload their CV or their complete application documents, the CV-Parser automatically reads out all the data (Name, Address, personal data, scholastic education, career progression, skills, language skills …) and brings them into the corresponding fields of the data base. Hereby modern CV-Parser is independent from data formats, scanned documents are no problem. Optionally the applicant can quickly check the data, “click!” and the application is on its way. That how easy applications have to/can be.
